Reservations
Reservation deadline: February 12, 2016.
Please submit your name and contact information to your designated society representative (table captain) for your engineering society sponsor, university sponsor, or premiere/elite sponsor. Payment information (non-refundable) can be obtained from your Society representative.
Buffet selections: Chicken, Fish, Vegetarian.
A note on reservations: The NEW SD Awards Banquet is organized by sponsored tables of eight. Sponsors include local SDCEC society sponsors, schools and others, and company/corporate sponsors. Each organization pledges and pays for at least one table of 8 (see prices below) and is recognized in the banquet program as a banquet patron. Table sponsors are encouraged to sponsor one or more of their student members. Reservations beyond the table size of 8 are charged at the equivalent per person rate. Partial tables will be combined with other partials (and closely located) to the parent table(s). Societies, universities, and companies may elect to subsidize a portion of or all of the cost of each reservation. Please check with your representative to determine the cost to you.
Each table patron must supply a sponsor contact (table captain). Individuals will provide reservation information (name and contact information) and payment for their seats. Table captain or other society contact will provide the total payment and reservation data to the banquet reservation coordinator, Ken Discenza, NEW-San Diego Finance Chair/ CSPE Treasurer.

Student Reservations
Student reservations: Contact Ken Discenza with inquiries and reservations. Students are encouraged to attend. Several societies and company/corporate sponsors have graciously donated seats allocated for students. Student reservations shall be by financial commitment, ($5 in lieu of the $50). However, in order to place your name on the student listing, you must mail the following by Feb 12, 2016: 1. Financial commitment $5 2. Name 3. College affiliation (USD, SDSU, UCSD, City College, Southwestern College, Mesa College), major and year (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student) 4. Email 5. Address and phone number Failure to provide ANY of the items delineated in 1-5, shall be cause to eliminate your reservation. Mail to: Ken Discenza, NEW SD 2016 Student Liaison, 888 Brockton, El Cajon, CA 92020. All must be postmarked by February 12, 2016. Students may also make their reservations and send the above information by email to Ken Discenza. Students shall be contacted via email by February 22, 2016 as to placement. If we are unable to place you in corporate/society spots, you will be contacted and your $5 will be returned.

Society or University Table of Eight: $400 (See Society Flyer or University/Students Flyer.)
Individuals on or before February 12, 2016: $50 per person.
Society or School Display Table: $50
Individuals on February 13, 2016 or after (late registration): $60 per person.
Elite Level Sponsored Table of Eight: $750 (Includes a priority seating, program inside only recognition, website posting. See Flyer.)
Premiere Level Sponsor Table of Eight: $1500 (Includes designation and public recognition as "Premiere Level Sponsor of National Engineering Week", display table, priority seating, program cover and inside recognition, NEW website recognition. See Flyer.)
