Individuals: Please RSVP through your engineering society (IEEE, ASME, ASCE, CSPE, etc.), school, or company sponsor. Make reservations with your sponsor before February 7th and include your meal preference and payment (if required). Your organization will determine your price for attendance.

 

Students: Please contact Sandi J. Wong McKellips at swmck@cox.net. Provide her with your name, email, phone number, and meal preference. She will provide payment instructions to you.

 

Societies, Corporations, and Companies: Fill in the following information and send this RSVP form along with a check for payment (payable to CSPE/NEW-SD) to the address below no later than February 7th. The price is $320 per table ($40/person) before February 7th and $360 per table ($45 per person) thereafter.

Dinner will include one beverage (soda, beer, or wine), Cesar salad, lemon cake dessert, and coffee plus a choice of entrée (Chicken Cordon Bleu, Grilled Spring Salmon, or Vegetarian – Chef’s Choice). Please ask all attendees for their meal preference and specify their choice next to their name using a C for chicken, S for salmon, and V for vegetarian.  If you are sponsoring any students, please write in “Student” for each one that will be at your table.

Additional information:

 

The NEW SD Awards Banquet is organized by sponsor tables of eight. Sponsors include local SDCEC society sponsors, schools, company/corporate sponsors, and others. Each organization pledges and pays for at least one table of 8 ($320 prior to February 7th and $360 thereafter) and is recognized in the banquet program as a banquet patron. Table sponsors are encouraged to sponsor one or more of their student members. Reservations beyond the table size of 8 are charged at the equivalent per person rate of $40.00 ($45 after the February 7th deadline). Partial tables will be combined with other partial tables and located as closely to their parent table(s) as possible.

 

Each organization must supply a sponsor contact (Table Captain). Individuals will provide reservation information (name and entree selection) and payment for their seats to their Table Captain. The Table Captain or other society contact will provide the total payment and reservation data (names, meal choices) to the banquet reservation coordinator, Ken Discenza, NEW-SD Finance Chair/Treasurer. Ken’s contact information is listed on the previous page.

 

Parking: Complementary self parking is available under the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice building (use any space, even reserved spaces), or in any adjacent student or faculty lot or street space, after 5:00 p.m.

 

Attire: Business Attire

 

Registration: Upon arrival, go to the registration table at the Shiley Science and Technology Atrium. Give the check-in person your name and your engineering society affiliation. You will be given one beverage ticket, a menu ticket indicating your reservation menu choice, and your table number. Additional beverage tickets for soft drinks, beer or wine are available for $5 each upon check-in and prior to 7:15 p.m.
